Placer County Courthouse in Roseville was briefly evacuated Monday morning due to a bomb threat, Roseville police said.
At 8:25 a.m. Lincoln police advised Placer County Sheriff's Office that a man had called them and said there was a bomb at the Santucci Justice Center, according to Lieutenant Walsh from the court's security. The court was evacuated as a precaution.
Placer County Sheriff deputies cleared the court house for 45 minutes as they searched the building. They didn't find anything and allowed people to come back in, said Walsh. Placer County Sheriff's Office is investigating who made the call.
