CALIFORNIA, USA — A new boba shop is open in Roseville. Purple Kow has its grand opening Saturday, Nov. 25 from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m., according to Kaylum Tran, one of the owners.
The first 100 customers at the grand opening will get a free drink and can enter a raffle for a special prize, Purple Kow said in a post on Facebook. It's located at 1821 Douglas Boulevard.
Purple Cow is open daily from noon to 8 p.m. They have several tea options including fresh teas, milk teas, and fruit teas, among others. People can get drinks with boba and jelly. They also offer garlic wings, sweet potato fries, and spicy noodles, among other snacks.
According to its website, the boba shop started in San Francisco in 2011 and expanded to Berkeley in 2013.
