ROSEVILLE, Calif. — New affordable rental apartments in Roseville are accepting pre-applications until Jan. 1, 2024.
Junction Crossing is located in Historic Roseville along Pacific Street and has 80 units of affordable housing. All of the units are income-restricted.
Studios and one-bedroom apartments are available for rent. As of December 2023, the rent range for a studio is $507-$1,258, and for a one-bedroom is $542- $1,346, however, these prices are subject to change.
Income limits for one person is $52,570, for two people is $60,060, and for three people is $67,550. People must earn two times the monthly rent but not more than the income limits.
According to a release from Junction Crossing, preference will be given to elderly people, people with disabilities, veterans and applicants currently working or living in Roseville.
The first people should be able to move in between January and March 2024, according to Ardie Zahedani with St. Anton Communities, an affordable housing developer, builder and manager.
"Junction Crossing provides much-needed workforce housing in the heart of a thriving community and is very walkable and transit-oriented," Zahedani previously wrote in an email to ABC10.
The median gross rent in Roseville between 2018 to 2022 was $1,940, according to the U.S. Census Bureau.
