ROSEVILLE, Calif. — A new restaurant featuring modern California cuisine is open in the Fountains at Roseville.

Rose Park Bistro's menu features fresh, local ingredients, according to General Manager Ayhan Ozel.

"Roseville, particularly the Fountains in Roseville, resonated with us as a bustling hub that locals cherish. We saw immense potential in contributing to the vibrant culinary landscape here and being a part of a community that values quality dining experiences," Ozel told ABC10.

After moving from the Bay Area in 2019, Ozel said there was a need in Roseville for a fine dining restaurant and thus, Rose Park Bistro was born.

The name comes from wanting to create an atmosphere of warmth, freshness and a sense of community, according to Ozel.

"When diners visit Rose Park Bistro for the first time, they can expect a combination of exquisite cuisine, elevated service, and a warm, inviting atmosphere," said Ozel.

From dishes like butternut squash gnocchi to octopus carpaccio and lobster bucatini, there's something to satisfy every palate. Meat lovers will find options like Teriyaki marinaded skirt steak or herb-crusted lamb chops. Vegetarian options also include a mushroom risotto and char-grilled artichoke.

Rose Park Bistro also offers specialty cocktails including the "Bubble Bliss," which features Grey Goose vodka, Saint Germain, blueberries, lemon and a grapefruit-infused smoke bubble.

Ozel said Rose Park Bistro also has a private collection of rare wines that have been "meticulously curated over the years."

It's open Sunday through Thursday from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. and Friday and Saturday from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. at 1017 Galleria Boulevard, #160 in Roseville. Find the full menu HERE.
