Customer used hammer to vandalize Sacramento taco stand, owner says

No workers were hurt during the incident.

SACRAMENTO, Calif. — The owner of Maggy's Tacos in Sacramento say one of their customers tried to attack them Sunday.

According to the owner, Araceli, the attack happened around 6:15 p.m. March 24 while they were set up at Florin Road and Franklin Boulevard.

She says the customer placed an order and then tried to attack them, eventually using a hammer to vandalize the area. She says they've had problems with the customer before, but this was the first time it got physical.

Video provided by Maggy's Tacos shows the customer walking inside the tent and shoving items off the table before walking off.

No workers were hurt during the incident. Maggy's Tacos reported the incident to the Sacramento Police Department.
