ROSEMONT, Calif. — About 1,500 customers are without power in the Rosemont area of Sacramento County.
The Sacramento Municipal Utilities District said the outage was reported just after 6 p.m. The outage is currently impacted 1,553 customers during an extreme heat wave in the area.
It's not clear what caused the outage, but officials hope to have power restored by 7:05 p.m.
