SACRAMENTO, Calif. — About 19,000 Xfinity customers in the Sacramento area have been without an internet connection for hours Monday.
An Xfinity spokesperson said the outage started Monday afternoon due to an internal software reboot issue.
Crews are trying to restore internet service, and some customer have seen their service return.
"Our technicians will continue to diligently to restore services for customers impacted. We sincerely apologize for this service disruption, and we understand this is a painful inconvenience," an Xfinity spokesperson said.
