DAVIS, Calif. — Two people were arrested in Davis after an investigation into organized retail theft led police to their door.
The Davis Police Department says Deyrick Bobeda, 44, and Adrian Chao, 28, were arrested on suspicion of crimes related to organized retail theft and conspiracy.
Police say the "lengthy investigation" led to an estimated $80,000 in recovered merchandise. Photos of the allegedly stolen goods show they mostly contained LEGO sets which range upward of $200 each.
