SACRAMENTO, Calif. — A man was killed and another injured after a shooting in Sacramento's midtown area, the Sacramento Police Department said.
The double shooting was first reported around 1:15 a.m. Saturday in the 1500 block of 20th Street, near O Street.
At the scene, officers say they found a man with at least one gunshot wound. He was pronounced dead at a hospital.
Another man involved in the shooting reportedly transported himself to a hospital and is in stable condition.
Police have not arrested the shooter or shooters, but are asking witnesses to come forward with information.
