ARDEN-ARCADE, Calif — Sacramento Metropolitan fire crews extinguished a fire that burned multiple condos in a neighborhood in Arden-Arcade on Saturday.
Three condos on Oak Terrace Court sustained extensive fire damage. Metro Fire said no injuries were sustained as all occupants were able to safely get out of the condos before firefighters arrived.
According to Metro Fire, firefighters were alerted of a tree fire that quickly spread to the nearby condos. The fire burned balconies and spread inside the units.
Eight residents are now displaced. The cause of the fire is under investigation.
