A house fire broke out Sunday afternoon in downtown Sacramento.
The Sacramento Fire Department said traffic at the intersection of 15th and S Streets is temporarily closed. There is no estimated time for reopening.
According to nieghbors on the scene, the home is vacant and was being used by transients.
