NORTH HIGHLANDS, Calif. — A breakfast restaurant in Sacramento County caught fire Friday.

The Sacramento Metropolitan Fire District responded to reports of a fire around 1:30 a.m. at Pancake Palace in North Highlands. It's along Watt Avenue.

Crews found a small fire started in the kitchen and traveled to the attic.

The fire was put out and no injuries were reported. The cause of the fire is under investigation.
