SACRAMENTO, Calif. — The Sacramento Police Department is investigating a man's death in Sacramento Friday.
Around 3:50 a.m., officers responded to reports of a death near Mack Road at La Mancha Way in the Valley Hi/ North Laguna neighborhood.
Upon arrival, officers found a man with "traumatic injuries," according to the police department.
The Sacramento County Coroner’s Office will release the man's identity once the family is notified.
Westbound Mack Road at La Mancha Way was closed during the investigation.
