RIO VISTA, Calif. — Hundreds of people are without power in Rio Vista Friday after a car crashed into a powerline, according to the Rio Vista Police Department.
There are 417 outages, including all three Rio Vista gas stations, and traffic is slowed in the area of Highway 12 near Virginia.
PG&E outage maps expect restoration around 9:45 p.m. and the outage began around 3:42 p.m.
