Sacramento Metro Fire rescues person from house fire in North Highlands

Sacramento Metro is trying to put out the flames of a house fire on Mountain Oakway in North HIghlands that is described as "heavy fire conditions."

NORTH HIGHLANDS, Calif. — Sacramento Metro Fire saved at least one person in a house fire in North Highlands on Saturday.

Sacramento Metro Fire officials tweeted they are fighting the fire on Mountain Oakway. Officials described it as having "heavy fire conditions."

Officials did not offer any more details regarding the North Highlands house fire.
