The Sacramento Police Department said the crash happened around 8:30 a.m. near Banfield Drive and Club Center Drive. It's unclear what led up to the crash, but a man died at the scene.
A spokesperson for the Sacramento Regional Transit District said the involved bus is a SmaRT Ride, which is a shuttle service where people can request rides. It's a shorter service bus.
