Argument leads to two cars shooting at each other in the Pocket area

Sacramento police have not released much information as of publication regarding the shooting in Meadowview and Freeport.

A white Mustang crashed into a pole in the Pocket area while the occupants inside were shooting at another car, Sacramento police said.

SACRAMENTO, Calif — Update: 

Sacramento police said the occupants of two cars shot at each other after an argument in the Pocket area at Freeport and Pocket Road. 

Police said the shooting happened at around 1:30 p.m.  

A white Mustang crashed into a post on Pocket road. Police said one person was arrested in connection to the shooting but did not release information about the suspect.  

Police did not say whether or not the person who drove the white Mustang was the person they arrested.

Police did not release information on the second car involved.

Sacramento police are searching for two suspects in a shooting in Freeport and Meadowview on Saturday. 

Police said two cars were reportedly shooting at each other but did not release information describing the vehicles or the suspects. 

Police have not released more information regarding the shooting.
