SACRAMENTO, California — The man suspected of shooting and killing a person in an Old North Sacramento neighborhood is behind bars in Nevada.
The Sacramento Police Department said Diamond Moore, 32 of Sacramento County, was arrested on homicide-related charges in Reno.
The shooting happened on Nov. 8 in the area of Del Paso Boulevard and West El Camino Avenue. Arriving officers found two men shot, with one of them dying after being taken to a hospital.
It's not clear what led up to the shooting or the circumstances surrounding it.
