SACRAMENTO, Calif. — Sacramento police say a 17-year-old is recovering after being shot Sunday near the 7500 block of Center Parkway.
Police say officers responded to the area for a shooting just before 7 p.m. Upon arrival officers found evidence of a shooting and then later learned the shooting victim arrived at the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries without the help of first responders.
No arrests have been made and the shooting is under investigation.
