SACRAMENTO, Calif. — An arrest has been made after a 17-year-old boy was shot and killed at Vintage Park in Sacramento County, the Sacramento County Sheriff's Office said Monday.
Rafael Ramirez, 28, was arrested Sunday night and is facing a murder charge, according to the Sacramento County Sheriff's Office.
