SACRAMENTO, Calif. — A man was shot "several times in the torso" in South Sacramento Saturday evening, according to the Sacramento County Sheriff's Office.
Officials say the shooting happened around 5:40 p.m. in the 7500 block of Whisperwillow Drive. The man has life threatening injuries.
No arrests have been made at this time and officials are investigating. Anyone with information is encouraged my deputies to call them at 916-874-5115.
