SACRAMENTO COUNTY, Calif. — Sacramento County Coroner's Office identified Damien Michael, 49, as the man found dead inside his South Sacramento home on Sunday.
A family member found Michael dead inside his home on Peevey Court over the weekend, Sacramento County Sheriff’s officials said. Investigators say he was the victim of a violent assault.
Sheriff's officials say they don't have suspect information, and the motive is unknown.
