A gun was found under an empty child seat after the driver of the vehicle was detained Monday evening, according to a Stockton police Facebook post.
Leper Talaroc, 34, was arrested for various weapon charges according to Stockton police. He was stopped for a traffic violation near Kelley Drive and Richland Way.
Talaroc was detained and allowed officers to search his vehicle. A loaded .22 caliber handgun was found under a child seat during the search.
