STOCKTON, Calif. — A man was put behind bars in connection to a deadly Stockton shooting.
According to Stockton Police Department, the shooting was reported along the 200 block of East Churchill Street around 2 a.m. on Aug. 3.
A 31-year-old woman was found with a gunshot wound. She was taken to the hospital, but she ultimately died days later.
Police said Jason Cinotti, 40, was arrested in connection to the shooting on Aug. 27. He was booked into the county jail on suspicion of homicide.
