STOCKTON, Calif. — North Stockton residents could soon get animal fries, a chicken sandwich and a rebel in one short trip if planning commissioners approve a proposal to bring three new food chains and a storage facility to Trinity Parkway.
The proposal would turn a vacant, nearly 18-acre field into five parcels near Trinity Parkway and Scott Creek Drive. The parcels would include a storage facility and new Chick-fil-A, In-N-Out and Dutch Bros locations.
The location is just south of an existing McDonald's and Quick Quack Carwash. The Chick-fil-A would include a drive-through large enough to hold 46 cars. In-N-Out's drive-through would be able to hold 31 cars while Dutch Bros's drive-through would be able to fit 24 cars.
The storage facility built near the food and coffee chains would include three two-story buildings. If approved, there is no estimated timeline on when construction may start or when the locations will open.
The planning commission meeting begins at 5:30 p.m. Thursday at Stockton's City Hall.
If approved, the new Chick-fil-A location would be the city's second. The new In-N-Out would be the city's third location and the new Dutch Bros location would be the city's fifth.
