STOCKTON, Calif. — A two-alarm fire in Stockton that sent a thick plume of black smoke seen for miles Saturday morning, has been brought under control, officials with the Stockton Fire Department say.
The fire broke out at abandoned warehouse near Tillie Lewis Drive in the Port of Stockton area around 9 a.m. Saturday.
Crews requested a second alarm response before bringing the fire under control at 9:45 a.m. No injuries were reported.
