STOCKTON, Calif. — A Stockton Kings player was released from the team after being arrested Friday afternoon, according to records.
The NBA G League affiliate of the Sacramento Kings announced they "released" Chance Comanche but did not give any more information. He was drafted to play for the team last season.
Comanche's release from the team comes after jail records show he was arrested and booked into the Sacramento County Jail. The Sacramento County Sheriff's Office says they assisted in the arrest. His charges are currently unknown and ABC10 is working to find out more information.
Jail records show Comanche is ineligible for bail. No further information is available at this time.
