A Stockton native and owner of the San Diego Chargers has landed himself on Forbes annual billionaire list.
Forbes ranked 91-year-old Alex Spanos 1500, out of the 1,826 billionaires who made their 29th annual guide to the richest people in the world.
According to the site, Spanos has a net worth of $1.3 billion.
Spanos made his money through real estate by building A.G. Spanos Companies into one of the largest apartment developers in the United States, according to his profile on Forbes.
Then, in 1984, be bought a controlling stake in the San Diego Chargers.
