CALIFORNIA, USA — Trader Joe's is set to open 24 new locations across the U.S.
Seven of those are set to be in Southern California. While no Northern California locations have been officially announced, two locations in Nevada could serve travelers in Lake Tahoe.
Located in Reno and Sparks, the two new Nevada locations are about 45 minutes away from Tahoe's Incline Village area.
Trader Joe’s spokesperson Nakia Rhode said the timeline for each opening will be listed on its website as they're established.
"We are actively looking at hundreds of neighborhoods across the country as we hope to open more new neighborhood stores each year," Rhode told ABC10.
A recent Instagram post of a map showed 26 Trader Joe's locations including one in San Francisco's Hayes Valley neighborhood and a location in Boston, Massachusetts, which wasn't included on the Trader Joe's list of stores to be opening soon.
Other locations opening soon will be in states including Arizona, Texas, North Carolina and several others.

There are 549 Trader Joe's stores currently open in 42 states and Washington DC.
