Oakdale woman dies in Tuolumne County crash

The rider's name wasn't released, but California Highway Patrol said she was a 34-year-old woman from Oakdale.

TUOLUMNE COUNTY, Calif. — A woman died last week after a motorcycle crash in Tuolumne County.

The California Highway Patrol said around 2:30 p.m. June 6 a woman was riding a motorcycle eastbound on Highway 108, east of Clarks Fork Road. She left the road and was ejected from her motorcycle. She died at the scene.

The rider's name wasn't released, but California Highway Patrol said she was a 34-year-old woman from Oakdale.

The crash is under investigation and it's unclear if drugs or alcohol were a factor in the crash.
