1,200 pounds of fireworks confiscated from Turlock home

​Jordan Vasquez, 25 of Turlock, was arrested on related charges Wednesday.

TURLOCK, Calif. — A man was arrested and Turlock police officers seized more than 1,200 pounds of fireworks from a home Wednesday. 

The Turlock Police Department said they served a search warrant in the 3600 block of Jefferson Street just before 5 p.m. They found 1,215 pounds of fireworks, "drug paraphernalia and evidence of drug sales," according to a press release. 

Jordan Vasquez, 25 of Turlock, was arrested on related charges.
