SACRAMENTO, Calif. — Two major clothing stores are headed to Arden Fair Mall in fall 2024.
The first, Uniqlo, is making its debut in the Sacramento market and will occupy the spaces previously occupied by Armani Exchange, Gap and J. Crew.
Uniqlo is a Japanese brand known for its casual wear. It will be on the lower level of the center next to Lululemon.
H&M, a Swedish clothing store, will replace the former Lane Bryant, New York & Co. and LOFT.
"We are thrilled to welcome Uniqlo and H&M to Arden Fair,” said Nathan Spradlin, Marketing Director of Arden Fair. "The addition of these tenants is part of a larger redevelopment plan at Arden Fair designed around meeting the evolving needs of our community."
The two stores are set to open in September.
Shoppers have likely also noticed changes around Arden Fair including a new jewelry store, the relocation of Sports Fever, a tri-tip restaurant near the food court and renovations to Sbarro.
