PLACER COUNTY, Calif. — Warren Elliott, a hiker missing for nearly six days, has been found safe, the Placer County Sheriff's Office said Wednesday.

Elliott was found safe and uninjured at Hell Hole Reservoir. The 70-year-old was last seen Friday, July 19 on the Rubicon Trail, according to the Placer County Sheriff's Office.
