CALIFORNIA, USA — Pacific Gas & Electric's (PG&E) latest round of power shutoffs will affect 179,000 customers in Northern California. The utility said 17 counties are scheduled for shutoffs.
Community Resource Centers will be open in many of these counties, providing affected customers in the area with restrooms, bottled water, electronic device charging and air-conditioned seating.
All Community Resource Centers will open starting Oct. 24 from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. It is unclear how long these resource centers will be available.
