WOODLAND, Calif. — A prescribed burn in Yolo County has grown out of control, according to Yolo County Fire Protection District.
The so-called Cashe Fire is burning near County Road 102 and County Road 17, just to the north of Woodland, Cal Fire said.
The fire has burned approximately 60 acres of land. No structures have burned, none are being threatened, and no evacuation orders have been issued, according to Yolo County Fire.
Yolo County Fire is leading the fight to extinguish this blaze. Cal Fire is providing assistance.
