The grand opening weekend will be rife with activities and special promotions.

WOODLAND, Calif. — The people of Woodland will be able to walk through the doors of their new Sprouts Farmers Market on Friday.

Some people might also walk away with a $500 gift card. All they have to do is signup online before midnight on Nov. 19

The store will also donated groceries that aren't fit for sale, but are still edible, to the Food Bank of Contra Costa and Solano.
