Yard House files Folsom permits for Palladio location, city says

The chain, owned by Darden Restaurants, reportedly pulled tenant improvement permits for a location at 350 Palladio Parkway, Suite 1941, the city told ABC10.

FOLSOM, Calif. — The high-end sports bar and restaurant Yard House looks to occupy a space in Folsom’s Palladio shopping center.

Yard House reportedly pulled tenant improvement permits for a location at 350 Palladio Parkway, Suite 1941, according to the city of Folsom.

A representative for Yard House did not respond to an ABC10 inquiry about a Folsom location.

Gloria Wright, the Palladio general manager, declined Tuesday to comment on the matter. She later confirmed the space along Palladio Parkway used to be a Forever 21.

There are two existing Yard House locations in the Sacramento area: one is on K Street in the Downtown Commons (DOCO) and the other is on Roseville Parkway in Roseville.

Yard House opened its first restaurant in 1996 in Long Beach and there are almost 90 locations nationwide. The chain is opened by Darden Restaurants, which owns other brands like Olive Garden and Ruth’s Chris Steak House.
