Florida authorities are looking for a man they believe burglarized two dollar stores while donning a Batman costume Tuesday night.
The man walked into the first store, 123 Dollar Store in Orlando, around 8 p.m. and demanded money, said authorities. The store clerk handed over the cash, according to WESH 2 News.
In surveillance video, the masked man is seen opening up a backpack and filling it with money. He was also wearing a shirt with the super hero's signature symbol and blue jeans. The South Goldenrod Road Dollar General was robbed an hour-and-a-half later. Authorities believe it was the same man.
"He's not batman, he's Batzarro," a barbershop owner whose shop is next to one of the stores told NBC News, a reference to Batman's alter ego.
"He was wearing Batman. If he was wearing Spiderman, I would've been all right," he quipped.
