ROCKLIN, Calif. — Congressman Kevin Kiley (R-Rocklin) is trying to secure another two years in the House of Representatives, but Democrat Jessica Morse will be on the other side in November to claim it for herself.
The Associated Press called the race for Congressional District 3, with both Kiley and Morse heading to the General Election.
The district spans along the California-Nevada border. It includes Plumas, Sierra, Nevada, Placer, Alpine, Mono, Inyo, and parts of Yuba, El Dorado and Sacramento counties.
