Due to a coming storm, sandbags are becoming available to residents.
Sacramento County
Two sandbag locations have been opened in Sacramento County as residents are encouraged to prepare for impending severe weather.
The Department of Water Resources suggest those whose property has past issues with flooding and standing water to get their sandbags in advance and keep them on hand throughout the winter. More locations will be opened should the weather conditions worsen.
