Tracy Police arrested a 32-year-old man for a deadly hit-and-run Friday.
According to police, Gabriel Jon Bailey was driving near Macarthur Drive and Schulte Road just before 1:30 a.m. Friday, April 21.
Officers say Bailey hit a 15-year-old pedestrian, who died from her injuries. A witness reported the crash to officers and described the car as a white four door car with front end damage and a missing side view mirror.
A car matching that description was found in a garage in the 200 block of La Monte Lane. That car belongs to Bailey, who was arrested later in the 2900 block of Perry Lane.
