SANTA CLARA, Calif. — The San Francisco 49ers face off against the Detroit Lions Sunday in the NFC Championship game.
In the postseason, the 49ers clinched the NFC with a number 1 seed, giving them a bye week during the Wild Card Games. The 49ers went on to beat Jordan Love and the Green Bay Packers in the divisional round during a rainy Saturday night game in Santa Clara. Quarterback Brock Purdy threw for 252 yards from a final score of 21-24.
The 49ers have five Super Bowl titles from 1982, 1985, 1989, 1990 and 1995.
The Detroit Lions beat the Los Angeles Rams and the Tampa Bay Buccaneers to make it to the NFC Championship for the first time since 1992. Quarterback Jared Goff threw for 287 yards to beat the Buccaneers and secure a spot in the championship.
The Detroit Lions are the only team in the NFC that hasn't made it to the Super Bowl.
How much are tickets to see the 49ers vs. Lions?
Fans who want to see the game live and in person are going to pay a pretty penny for tickets, even if they aren't close to the field and in some cases, may not have an actual seat.
Ticketmaster has the lowest price tickets, which are verified resale tickets, listed at $566 including fees in the 400 section as of Jan. 25.
The most expensive tickets are verified resale tickets in the 100s section and are listed as VIP seats going for $9,134. Outside of VIP, verified resale tickets in the 100s are listed from $786 to $5,389 including fees.
There are standing-room-only verified resale tickets listed on Ticketmaster at $534 including fees. These are unreserved general admission tickets.
Typically, there are suites available to rent at Levi's Stadium, but none are available as of Jan. 25, according to the 49ers website. The prices of suites depend on the suite type, opponent and game date, ranging from $10,000 to $45,000.
