Some people just seem unable to adjust to finding success.

Dong Nguyen, the creator of the now-popular mobile game Flappy Bird, will be taking the game offline indefinitely Sunday from both the Apple and Google Play stores for iOS and Android.

The reason? In short, it's success.

Nguyen made the announcement Saturday morning via Twitter:

I am sorry 'Flappy Bird' users, 22 hours from now, I will take 'Flappy Bird' down. I cannot take this anymore.

- Dong Nguyen (@dongatory) Feb. 8, 2014

The game creator went on to tweet that taking the game down had nothing to do with it being sold (Nguyen still owns it) or any possible legal issues. Furthermore, he still plans on creating game software in the future, tweeting "... I still make games."

Flappy Bird first hit the scene in mid-2013, but only recently achieved its current following. The game currently makes$50K per day in ad revenuealone.

Those still wanting to give the game a go, can do so until Nguyen takes it down, which is expected to happen by midday Sunday.
