SACRAMENTO COUNTY, Calif. — Three people were hurt in a Sacramento County crash Friday, according to River Delta Fire District officials.
The crash involved two cars and happened at the intersection of Highway 12 and Jackson Slough Road just before 1 p.m. Officials say three people were taken to the hospital, two of which were in critical condition.
California Highway Patrol, Isleton Fire Department, Montezuma Fire District and Rio Vista Fire Department were on scene assisting. Highway 12 was closed for a short time as officials worked in the area.
