SACRAMENTO, California — Debris on eastbound Interstate 80 slowed traffic in Sacramento County Thursday.
Caltrans said in a tweet that debris spilled into the road near Greenback Lane. The #4 and #5 lanes are blocked for the cleanup. There is no estimated time the lanes will reopen. It's not clear what spilled onto the road.
