SACRAMENTO, Calif. — A car vs. semi-truck accident left a Sacramento man dead Thursday morning.
According to a California Highway Patrol accident report, it happened around 5:15 a.m. at the intersection of Florin Road and 6th Parkway.
It says a semi-truck was going east on Florin Road when the driver was making a U-turn at 6th Parkway.
A 22-year-old man driving a Toyota Camry was going east on Florin Road when, for an unknown reason, he hit the right rear of the semi-truck and suffered fatal injuries.
The crash is under investigation.
