CALIFORNIA, USA — As Northern California braces for a series of storms that could produce inches of rain and feet of snow, many are calling for people to be prepared.
According to ABC10 meteorologist Rob Carlmark, late Thursday night and through Friday morning, a new weather system will bring rain and some snow to the area. This storm could bring up to an inch of Valley rain and several inches for the coastal range and Sierra.
Calmark said Friday night and early Saturday, the storm will mostly clear, but noted that on Saturday night and through the day on Sunday, a much bigger and stronger storm will impact the area well into Monday.
