MADERA COUNTY, Calif. — Two tornadoes touched down in Madera County Friday afternoon, according to the National Weather Service.
Both come after the NWS issued a Tornado Warning in Madera, Mariposa and Merced counties, which expired around 4:45 p.m.
Viewer Gillian Salgado sent ABC10 this video taken in the Madera Acres area around 3:15 p.m.
While damage is not currently known, NWS Hanford says they will be conducting a storm survey Saturday.
The tornado comes as a Blizzard Warning is in effect through Sunday morning with rain and strong winds also expected in the Valley and Foothill regions.
