SACRAMENTO COUNTY, Calif. — Fall weather can sometimes be hard to find.
Often it's too warm or even too cold. If you think about the perfect Fall weather day it might be cool and crisp in the morning and a light breeze in the afternoon with some rustling leaves. Then a few hours where you can be in the sun and feel warm, with a nice long sunset and a cool evening.
This is the exact weather we will have over the next three days.
Friday, Saturday and Sunday will have picture perfect Fall weather with 40s for the morning lows and highs very close to average in the upper 60s and a few places near 70.
The wind will not be a major factor over the weekend, it will just be breezy at times.
For many the weekend extends into Monday because it is Veterans Day. On this day, we have some events that may be affected by rain. The rain is forecast to be generally light with snow above 6,000 ft. The timing of the rain is about midday so it will impact more people than the middle-of-the-night rain we have seen recently.
The computer models have been struggling with timing and the extent of the storm as far as how much it will move South. Everybody should be prepared for changes on Monday such as clouds, cooler temps in the low 60s, breezy conditions and a chance of rain.
