LODI, Calif. — The man responsible for shooting and killing two men in Lodi was arrested in Missouri, police said.
The Lodi Police Department announced that Oscar Hernandez, 41 of Lodi, was arrested in Missouri by the St. Genevieve County Sheriff's Office Wednesday morning.
Hernandez is accused of shooting and killing two men inside a home along the 1100 block of South Central Avenue on Oct. 16.
Lodi police worked with the U.S. Marshall's Office and the San Joaquin County Sheriff's Office to capture him. He is in custody awaiting extradition to San Joaquin County where he'll face murder charges.
The motive behind the shooting is under investigation.
